  • At this time, Blooming Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Blooming Boutique does not ship to any location outside of the United States.



  • Return Policy

  • Blooming Boutique will gladly issue a Store Credit or Exchange for any Returns within 60 Days of purchase, with a receipt.  Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.  Returns may be made in person at any of our four locations; or, by mail to the Lewes location only.  All returns by mail should be sent to:  Blooming Boutique, LLC, 118 Second Street, Lewes, DE  19958.
